Jason took care of my problem very quick and efficiently, getting my server up and running in a matter of moments.

Daniel W. came in and rescued me with a quickness. My server had gone down and wouldn't restart and I couldn't find any info on the error to fix it myself. He not only fixed that problem, but resolved an issue I had only mentioned by wasn't concerned about at that moment. So glad my server could be brought back up with problems resolved so quick! As are my players! The homie needs a raise! Tysvm!

This website is great when you want to host a server to play with friends, but when you pay for the server, you sometimes get accidentally charged twice, this has happened to me every time I've ordered a server from here, but they always refund the money back

I was helped by two different support team members and both did very well. I am on my way to resolve the issue, though they were not able to directly resolve it by moving my node.

The agent I spoke with, Michael Y, was very nice and helpful. He helped figure out my issue very efficiently, and although I'm not sure if it has fixed the problem yet, because I haven't heard back on my support ticket, I hope it will all go well!
